Kuen-Phon Wu
Dr. Kuen-Phon Wu is an Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of Biological Chemistry, Academia Sinica. His research centers on the mechanisms, functions, and regulatory principles of ubiquitin-related enzymes, including UBA1, E2 conjugating enzymes, and deubiquitinases. He employs integrative structural biology approaches—combining advanced cryo-electron microscopy and deep learning tools—to elucidate the molecular underpinnings of enzymatic activity and regulation.
