In the lab of Dr Ranabir Das at NCBS-TIFR, I work primarily on understanding the mechanism of action for a virus encoded protein involved in integrating with the host ubiquitination machinery to cause infection. I am passionate to explore and gain a deeper insight in the field of host - pathogen interaction from the lens of protein structure and function.
