Jie Liu
Jie Liu is a postdoc at SAiGENCI specializing in Artificial Intelligence for Computational Biology . From 2019 to 2024, He has been pursuing a PhD at Northwestern Polytechnical University in China with two-year visiting scholar in The University of Queensland. Jie focuses on developing artificial intelligence model for molecule generation and prediction. He has successfully developed a series of Graph Neural Network (GNN) based models for PROTAC degradation prediction and generation. His work for PROTAC degradation prediction has been accepted by ISMB/ECCB 2025 conference as a proceeding paper and will be published in Bioinformatics.
